Our concept redefines what reformer training can be. With just six reformers, expert coaching, and the integration of dumbbells and resistance techniques, we offer a full-body approach to strength. Every session is semi-private, every move is purposeful, and every client is coached with care.

Why LOAD?We offer three types of sessions: Fundamentals, Signature and Private Reformer. We highly recommend that you attend our Fundamentals sessions if you have never been to our studio before to ensure we can build the foundations required to progress you to our Signature sessions. We provide our 1-2-1 reformer sessions around our existing timetable at Old Street. For further information on privates or group bookings, please get in touch.
Build your foundation. This entry-level session is designed to build a strong, confident foundation on the reformer.
Expect high-rep functional movements to effectively train new clients, those returning to movement, or experienced clients who want to slow it down and chase the burn.
