Dance gave her discipline, strength, and explosive power—the exact foundation that guided her onto a reformer at just 17. Since 2021, Syd has been leading strength and conditioning classes across NYC and London. A NASM-certified personal and group fitness trainer, reformer-certified instructor, and pre- & postnatal qualified coach, she brings technical expertise, an eye for movement, and an undeniable edge to every session.
