Straight out of NYC, Syd has been moving since she could talk (and technically, dancing since diapers). With a Certificate IV Reformer Pilates, a Certificate III in Personal Training, and a Pre- & Postnatal qualification, she brings technical expertise, an eye for movement, and an undeniable edge to every session.

Her extensive background in dance gave her discipline, strength, and explosive power - the exact foundation that guided her onto a reformer at just 17 years old. Since 2021, Syd has thrived on leading Strength and Conditioning classes, originally in NYC, and now London -where her Reformer career found its stride.

At LOAD, Syd’s sessions crank up the energy with big moves, serious strength, and plenty of personality. She’ll push you for that extra rep while ensuring you’re still laughing, even when your abs are on fire. With her mix of American charm and cheerleader energy, Syd proves that strength on the Reformer isn’t just about building muscle - it’s about building mindset.
