Born and bred in Essex, Poppi-Redd lights up the Reformer with cheeky charm and unmistakable spark. With 14 years of gymnastics under her belt and over 4 years as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, movement isn’t just what she does – it’s who she is. Growing up with a Pilates instructor for a mum and a martial arts coach for a dad, strength, discipline, and body awareness are in her DNA.

Poppi’s expertise goes far beyond fitness basics. As a qualified gymnastics instructor and pre- & postnatal trainer, she has experience spanning all stages of life and movement. She’s been leading strength and conditioning sessions across London for years and for the past two, has been rewriting the rulebook on what’s possible on a reformer. Every session is blended with her athletic discipline and modern strength & conditioning, ensuring every move is smart, safe, and effective – whatever your starting point.
