Originally from Australia, Mel has been coaching for over five years - and if there’s one thing her clients will tell you, it’s that her energy is impossible to ignore. With a Certificate IV in Reformer & Mat Pilates, and a Pre- & Postnatal qualification, she’s serious about good programming, but never takes herself too seriously.
Mel has a knack for turning tough work into something you actually look forward to. Her sessions are full of sweat, encouragement, and plenty of laughter - she knows how to read the room and strike the balance between motivation and mischief.
At LOAD, Mel is the coach who’ll push you harder than you thought possible while keeping the vibe fun and supportive. Expect to leave feeling stronger, re-energised, and probably still laughing at one of her one-liners. When she’s not getting a taste of her own medicine on the reformer, you’ll either find her lifting weights or sipping wine - sometimes both, but never at the same time.
