Fresh from Australia, Katie brings sunshine into every session. With a Certificate IV in Reformer and Mat Pilates, and a Pre- & Postnatal qualification, she’s experienced and adaptable, but what clients notice first is her warmth and genuine care.
Known for her Aussie humour and down-to-earth approach, Katie makes the Reformer feel less intimidating and a lot more fun. At LOAD, she knows how to create an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable pushing themselves, while also leaving lighter and brighter than when they walked in. Her coaching style is motivating without being pushy and supportive without being soft.
When she’s not training in the studio, you’ll find Katie exploring London on long walks, turning the city streets into her own personal training ground. She swears it’s the Reformer that keeps her legs going, though she’ll still dramatically complain about hills just to keep it entertaining.
