Australian at heart and now calling London home, Kate brings a calm, focused energy to every session. With over seven years in the fitness industry - five of those devoted to the Reformer - she holds a Certificate IV in Mat & Reformer Pilates, Certificates III and IV in Fitness and is Pre- & Postnatal qualified.

Her love affair with the Reformer started over a decade ago as a client. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a full-blown passion, inspiring her to complete her instructor training and help others discover just how game-changing the Reformer can be.

Over the years, Kate developed a coaching style that’s thoughtful and deliberate, built around consistency, progression, and attention to detail. At LOAD, she’s less about quick fixes and more about sustainable strength, creating an environment  in her sessions where focus comes naturally, and progress feels inevitable.
